Standard wedding package

Formal and informal photography, 70 images, processing and approx. 70 prints 8" x 6", a complimentary white wedding album plus your negatives and a CD with all your images with the right of reproduction.

I will be accompanying you from half an hour before your wedding with photos of the groom's party all the way to the first reception and the photos of cutting the cake.

Standard wedding package

We will arriving about half to three quarters of an hour before the ceremony, the photographer will meet the grooms party. The groom and best man are first to be photographed, then the groom and his father followed by the ushers. This only takes 10 minutes at most.

The brides party are photographed as they arrive, this includes pictures of the bride alone, the bride and father, then the brides party not forgetting any bridesmaids and pageboys. The photographer will take less than five minutes to complete this task.

Pictures will be taken of the bride as she approaches and enters the place of the ceremony.

If authorized the photographer will photograph the service, if not the photographer will only photograph the signing of the register. 

At the end of the ceremony the bride and groom will be photographed leaving the place of their wedding.

The confetti can be thrown and photographed at this point or we can wait until later.

Once all the guests have exited the place of the ceremony the photographer will gather the bride and groom and their guests for photographs, at most this only takes 30 minutes. 

After the bride and groom and the family and friends have been photographed the confetti can be thrown and photographed before entering the wedding car. The couple are photographed with or in the car.

Once the photographer has arrived at the reception and before the guest are seated the couple are photographed cutting the cake (this is a mock cutting) and photographing the rings and bouquet before departing.

Brides preparation

The photographer will visit of about an hour to photograph the hair and make-up being applied to the bride also the dress being prepared.

Then photographer will leave to meet the grooms party at the location of the wedding ceremony.

35 prints. Price £110.

Traditional bridal portraits

The traditional bridal portraits are a selection of portraits of the newly weds. the portraits can be shot ether at the location of the wedding ceremony or at the reception, alternatively at a nearby location.

This should only take 15 minutes.

15 prints. Price £110

Evening reception

The photographer will need to arrive before the first dance. He will remain to take photos of the guest's.

35 prints. Price £110.

Speeches

If you wish to have your speeches photographed, please advice the photographer before the wedding day.

These photographs are shot using a digital camera so there is no additional charge other than providing the photographer with a meal.

Negative and digital images

Richard Stevens Photography is quite unique by providing customers with their own copies of their wedding pictures so they can reproduce as many as they please. This comes at no extra cost to the customer.

Booking deposit

The booking fee and deposit is only £80 and nothing to pay until the wedding day. The booking fee and deposit is subtracted from the total on completion of the work. A cheque made out to Richard Stevens for £80 or cash is preferred.

Final payment and delivery

Cash on delivery of the wedding photographs this will take place two to four weeks after your wedding.
