Terms and Condition
- In purchasing services from My Wedding Moments and Richard
Stevens Photography you are agreeing to the Terms & Condition
that has been set by Mr Richard M. Stevens.
- In case of cancellation by you or your partner all deposits
and booking fees are non returnable and will be retained by Mr
Richard M. Stevens.
- All payments due on an agreed date must be paid immediately or
before the date due. Customers usually make the final payment a
few days before the Photography to save caring sums of cash, but
payment is due on the day that the photographs are to be taken.
- The Photographer and any staff must be treated with respect at
all time.
- On changing the date of the photography or changing the date
of your wedding you are required to contact Mr Richard M.
Stevens to agree a new date and time. If agreed your
deposit/booking fee will secure your new date.
